基于不同结构形式的长租公寓层高分析

摘　　要：长租公寓逐渐兴起,长租公寓的设计也越来越规范化、标准化。不同的结构形式在走廊处有不同的梁高,从而影响层高。本文分析不同结构形式的梁高对层高的影响,结构形式分别采用框架结构及剪力墙结构;其中框架结构又分为內廊两侧均设置框架柱、内廊仅单侧设置框架柱;剪力墙结构分为内廊两侧均设置剪力墙、内廊两侧不设置剪力墙。通过层高分析,给出层高建议以及优化方法。With the gradual rise of long-term rental apartments,the design of long-term rental apartments is becoming more and more normalized and standardized.Different structural system have different beam heights in the corridor,thus affecting the floor height.In this paper,the influence of beam height of different structural system on floor height is analyzed.The structural system includes frame structure and shear wall structure.What’s more,the frame structure contains two forms;the inner corridor with frame columns on two sides,and the inner corridor with frame columns on one side;the shear wall structure also contains two forms;the inner corridor with shear walls on two sides,and the inner gallery without shear walls on two sides.Through the analysis of floor height,the suggestions and optimization methods of floor height are given.
