摘　　要：水是生命的源泉,是人类生存的重要资源。2004年环境日报告中指出:人类80%的疾病、33%的死亡和80%的癌症来源于水。世界卫生组织还指出,发展中国家80%的病例由饮用不洁净水造成的。中华人民共和国住房和城乡建设部《住房租赁和销售管理条例》显示,长租公寓成为今后房地产开发的主要产品形态之一。本文将探讨如何发挥长租公寓标准化管理和服务优势,满足居民用水安全、健康和卫生防疫的需求。Water is the origin of life,which is an essential resource for human survival.In 2004,the environmental report said that about 80% of human diseases,33% of deaths and more than 80% of cancers are caused by water.WHO also pointed out that 80% of developing countries diseases caused by impure drinking water.According to Regulations on the Management of Housing Renting and Saling issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction of the People's Republic of China,the longterm rental apartment will become one of the mainstream for real estate development in the future.This paper will explore how to combine the standardized management and service characteristics of long-term rental apartments to realize the residents'demand for safe and healthy water,sanitation and epidemic prevention.
