摘  要:采用微波谐振幅频特性解析技术设计了一种滤棒三醋酸甘油酯含量的微波在线检测系统,通过对生产过程中每支滤棒三醋酸甘油酯含量进行检测计算,将含量超标的滤棒准确剔除。应用结果表明,在线检测系统检测精度为0.01%,三醋酸甘油酯检测显示含量与实测含量最大误差为0.18%,缺陷剔除准确率达到100%。避免了不合格滤棒流入下一生产环节,为滤棒生产提高质量过程控制水平提供技术支持。In order to solve the problems in detection of glycerol triacetate content in filter rods,a new microwave resonance amplitudefrequency characteristic analysis technology was used to design a microwave online detection system for glycerol triacetate content in filter rods.The proposed system can detect and calculate the glycerol triacetate content of each filter rod in the production process,accurately eliminate the filter rod with excessive glycerol triacetate content.The application results show that the detection accuracy of the online detection system is 0.01%,the maximum error between the content displayed by the triacetin detection and the actual content is 0.18%,and the defect removal accuracy rate reaches is up to 100%.This avoids unqualified filter rods from flowing into the next production process and provides technical support for the production of filter rods to improve the quality process control level.
