摘  要:随着电缆技术的不断发展及运行管理水平的不断提升,电缆线路的故障原因和故障特点也在不断发生变化。针对天津某110 kV线路户外电缆终端带电检测过程中发现的红外、接地电流异常情况,介绍设备的基本情况与带电检测情况,并针对检测结果与解体过程中发现的尾管封铅不严问题造成的间隙进行详细分析,确定电缆终端在安装过程中的工艺问题及验收不规范是造成此次设备缺陷的根本原因。为避免此类事故的发生,建议在既有带电检测技术手段的基础上,增加涡流探伤。With the continuous development of cable technology and improvement of operation and management level,the causes and characteristics of cable line fault are also changing.Based on the case of abnormal infrared and ground current detected by live detection of 110 kV outdoor cable terminal in Tianjin power grid,the basic situation and live detection of the equipment are introduced firstly.Then the test results and the process of disassembly is analyzed in detail.Finally,it is determined that the process problems and non-standard acceptance of this equipment defect in the installation process is the fundamental cause.In order to avoid this kind of accident,it is suggested to add eddy current detection on the basis of existing live detection technology.
