摘 要:超临界锅炉的蓄热能力小,现行降压法吹管耗时耗力。超临界锅炉再热蒸汽系统的设计参数已高于降压吹管的理论初参数值。在吹管系统设计时,可将临吹门设置在再热蒸汽管道出口,使再热蒸汽系统起到与过热蒸汽系统同样的蓄热作用。通过计算分析,相比将临吹门设置在过热蒸汽系统出口的常规方式,吹管有效时间提高一倍以上。The current depressurization method for blowing pipe is time-consuming and labor-intensive because of the smaller heat storage capacity of supercritical boilers.The design parameters of the supercritical boiler reheat steam system are higher than the theoretical initial parameters of the reduced pressure blowpipe.In the design of the blowpipe system,the temporary blowpipe valve can be set at the outlet of the reheat steam pipe,so that the reheat steam system has the same heat storage function as the superheated steam system.Through computational analysis,the effective blowpipe time is more than doubled compared to the conventional way,which set the temporary blowpipe valve at the outlet of the superheated steam system.
