摘 要:以某330 MW热电联产机组引射汇流供热改造为研究对象,分别基于等效热降法与热力试验法对机组210~320 MW负荷80 t/h供热下引射汇流与再热热段供热进行了计算对比,结果表明等效热降法计算误差在可控范围内,引射汇流供热装置利用冷段高品质蒸汽引射五抽低品质蒸汽实现了热能的按质利用,提高了机组供热经济性,在供热流量80 t/h机组负荷在230 MW以上时降低煤耗约2 g/kWh。Based on a 330 MW combined heat and power unit model,when the unit load is 210-320 MW and the extraction steam flow is 80 t/h,the energy saving effect of the ejection confluence and reheat steam extraction for heating are compared based on results obtained via the equivalent heat drop method and the thermal test method respectively.The results show that the calculation error of the equivalent heat drop method is within the controllable range.The jet confluence heating device uses high-quality cold reheat steam to jet low-quality five-stage extraction steam to realize the effective utilization of heat energy and improve the heating economy of the unit.When the unit load is more than 230 MW and the heating steam flow is 80 t/h,the coal consumption rate of power supply decreases by about 2 g/kWh.
