摘  要:目的初步探究尸体脑血管造影方法。方法新鲜尸体4例,经过CT全身扫描及常规颈部、胸部、腹部解剖后,使用医用加压器或手动注射两种注射方法,通过单侧颈内动脉、双侧颈内动脉、双侧椎动脉+双侧椎动脉三种灌注途径,向颅内血管灌注水溶性碘造影剂。对灌注后尸体大脑再次进行CT扫描,比较两种注射方法以及不同血管灌注途径的脑血管造影效果。结果使用医用加压器或手动注射方法并通过双侧颈内动脉+双侧椎动脉灌注途径,均可以获得相对完整的脑血管影像,而其他血管灌注途径所获得脑血管影像欠佳。结论双侧颈内动脉+双侧椎动脉灌注途径,可以实现较好的尸体脑血管造影。Objective To explore the method of cadaver cerebral angiography. Method Four fresh cadavers were undergone whole body CT scan and normal autopsy procedure on the neck, thorax and abdomen. Two methods, including medical irrigator and manual injection with syringes, were used to perfuse iodine based hydrophilic contrast agent into cerebral artery system, via either unilateral/bilateral internal carotid, or bilateral internal carotid with bilateral vertebral artery. CT scans were performed again on the injected cadaver brains and then postmortem cerebral angiographic images by different injection methods and pathways were compared. Results Complete cerebral angiographic images were acquired using the perfusion pathway via bilateral internal carotid with bilateral vertebral artery, either by medical irrigator or manual injection with syringes. While only partial cerebral artery system was acquired on the angiographic images when using other perfusion pathways. Conclusions Better postmortem cerebral angiography can be acquired using the perfusion pathway of bilateral internal carotid with bilateral vertebral artery.
