摘　　要：目的测试40个STR基因座在突变亲子鉴定中检验能力和应用价值。方法应用DNATyper19TM试剂盒和DNATyper25TM试剂盒对42例突变三联体和5例突变二联体进行检验,计算累计亲权指数(CPI),根据亲子鉴定判定标准判定亲权。结果经DNATyper19TM试剂盒检验,42例突变三联体CPI均>104,5例突变二联体中有3例CPI>104,2例CPI介于10-4~104之间;增加DNATyper25TM试剂盒检验后,42例突变三联体和5例突变二联体CPI均>107,达到认定标准。结论联合应用DNATyper19TM试剂盒和DNATyper25TM试剂盒可满足突变亲子鉴定的需要,40个STR基因座在突变亲子鉴定中具有较高的应用价值。Objective To evaluate the testing ability and application value of 40 STR loci in mutation parentage testing. Methods The DNATyper19 TM and DNATyper25 TM kit were combined to test 42 cases of mutation trios parentage testings and 5 cases of mutation duos parentage testings, cumulative paternity index(CPI) value was calculated, and paternity was identified according to paternity testing criteria. Results By DNATyper19 TM kit, The CPI of 42 cases of mutation trios was greater than 104, 3 of 5 cases of mutation duos was greater than 104, 2 cases of CPI between 10-4~104. After adding DNATyper25 TM kit, The CPI of 42 cases of mutation trios and 5 cases of mutation duos were greater than 107, which reached the identification standard. Conclusions The combination of DNATyper19 TM and DNATyper25 TM kit can meet the requirement for mutation parentage testing, and the 40 STR loci have high application value in mutation parentage testing.
