摘 要:测试性是反映系统内部故障能否被准确及时检测与隔离的一种设计特性,作为测试性设计的核心,测试性建模与分析能够客观地评估系统的测试性设计水平,对优化测试性设计方案、减少测试时间和费用、提高测试效率等意义重大。日益复杂的电子系统,使得测试性建模过程中所需要的建模数据难以准确、完备的获取,进而使测试性建模变得非常困难。通过对测试性建模进行研究,结合工程实践经验总结,给出了测试性信息的获取方法及具体的操作流程,运用属性表格对测试性建模数据规范化。最后,给出了测试性模型的验证方法,对测试性建模工作的顺利开展具有一定的借鉴作用。Testability is a design characteristics which reflects whether the system internal fault can be detected and isolated accurately and timely.As the core of testing design,testing modeling and analysis can objectively evaluate the testing design level of the system,which is of great significance to optimize the testing design scheme,reduce the test time and cost,and improve the test efficiency.Due to the increasing complexity of electronic systems,it is difficult to obtain accurate and complete modeling data required during testing modeling,which makes test modeling very difficult.Through the research of testability modeling and the summary of engineering practice experience,the acquistion method and specific operation flow of test information are given,and the testability modeling data are standardized by using attribute table.Finally,the verification method of testability model is given,which can be used for reference for the smooth development of testability modeling.
