摘  要:智能电网的重要支撑节点和其关键组成部分是自动化智能变电站,而对于智能变电站来说,通信协议是其长期稳定运行的关键。通过分析现代综合自动化变电站背景下应用于智能变电站的DNP3和IEC 61850通信协议的运行机制与架构,采用研究调查等手段来比较DNP3和IEC 61850两种变电站通信协议对不同故障所做出的反应,并分析其错误应对机制,总结了两种通信协议在SCADA系统下的保护继电器接口设置、减载机制、通信协议中关于跨站保护的可靠性和两种协议的数据传输与延迟。分析结果表明:两种协议都支持包括差动保护与距离保护在内的跨站保护机制,但与DNP3协议相比,IEC 61850协议具有更快的反应速度和更强的可靠性,在未来的高速网络通信中IEC 61850协议更具发展前景。Automatic intelligent substation is an important supporting node and key component of smart grid.And communication protocol is the key to ensure the long-term stable operation of intelligent substation.By analyzing the operation mechanism and architecture of DNP3 and IEC 61850 communication protocols used in intelligent substations under the background of modern integrated automatic substations,the response of DNP3 and IEC 61850 protocols to different kinds of faults is compared through research and investigation methods and their error response mechanism are analyzed.The protection relay interface settings,load shedding mechanism,the reliability of cross-site protection in the communication protocol,and the data transmission and delay of the two protocols in the SCADA system are summarized.The analysis results show that both protocols support cross-site protection mechanisms including differential protection and distance protection.However,compared with the DNP3 protocol,the IEC 61850 protocol has a faster response speed and stronger reliability,and the IEC 61850 protocol has a bright future in high-speed network communication.
