摘　　要：为推进公路工程安全标准化管理,解决繁重建设任务与有限管理力量之间的矛盾,通过安全管理平台构建了以安全生产管理职责标准数据库、安全技术标准数据库为基层数据库;安全生产管理任务库及安全风险管控数据库为中间数据库;事故隐患库及标杆库为顶层数据库的三层安全标准化数据库架构。同时通过系统设计建立各层数据库的联系,通过平台应用与大数据分析实现安全工作的动态管理,为安全管理标准化和风险隐患管控提供建设性意见,实现了日常安全管理工作和流程的标准化。In order to promote the standardized management of highway engineering safety,resolve the contradiction between heavy construction tasks and limited management power,through the safety management platform,a three-layer safety standardization has been established,with safety production management responsibility standard database and safety technology standard database as the base database;with the safety production management task database and safety risk management and control database as the intermediate database;with the accident hidden danger database and benchmark database as the top-level databases.At the same time,with establishing connection of each layer of the database through system design,with realizing the dynamic management of security work through platform applications and big data analysis,constructive advice for security management standardization and risk management and control has been provided,and daily security management work and processes standardization have been realized.
