摘　　要：2012—2016年,通过新疆油页岩资源动态评价、新疆矿产志、新疆主要优势矿产资源(16种)勘查开发对策研究课题,采用已建立的重点区选择标准和评价方法,对新疆油页岩进行资源评价,结果表明,新疆油页岩资源丰富,广泛分布于准噶尔盆地、三塘湖盆地、吐哈盆地、伊犁盆地、塔里木盆地等,共12个评价区、3个预测区、11个远景区及25个靶区。新疆油页岩资源量为695.02×10^8 t,其中查明资源储量47.07×10^8 t,探获资源储量87.42×10^8 t,潜在资源量607.60×10^8 t。页岩油资源量为61.64×10^8 t,其中查明资源储量3.11×10^8 t,探获资源储量5.03×10^8 t,潜在资源量56.61×10^8 t。较新一轮(2004年)新增148.08×10^8 t,其中探获资源储量新增82.83×10^8 t,潜在资源量新增65.25×10^8 t。准噶尔盆地油页岩潜在资源量558.79×10^8 t,占92%,远景资源量672.57×10^8 t,占59%。新疆侏罗系油页岩远景资源量906.21×10^8 t,占49%,资源潜力巨大。From 2012 to 2016,oil shale resources in Xinjiang were evaluated by dynamic evaluation of oil shale resources in Xinjiang,Xinjiang mineral records,and exploration and Development Countermeasures of 16 kinds of major mineral resources in Xinjiang.The established selection criteria and evaluation methods of key areas were used to evaluate the oil shale resources in Xinjiang.The comprehensive evaluation results show that the oil shale resources in Xinjiang are rich and widely distributed In Junggar basin,Santanghu basin,Tuha basin,Yili Basin and Tarim Basin,there are 12 evaluation areas,3 prediction areas,11 prospective areas and 25 target areas.The oil shale resources in Xinjiang are 69.502 billion tons(6.164 billion tons of shale oil),of which 4.707 billion tons(311 million tons of shale oil)have been identified,8.742 billion tons(503 million tons of shale oil)have been discovered,and 60.766 billion tons(5.661 billion tons of shale oil)have been discovered.Compared with the new round(2004),the oil shale resources increased by 14.808 billion tons,including 8.283 billion tons of exploration reserves and 6.525 billion tons of potential resources.The potential oil shale resources in Junggar basin are 55.879 billion tons,accounting for 92%,and the prospective resources are 67.257 billion tons,accounting for 59%.The Jurassic oil shale resource potential in Xinjiang is huge.The prospective resource of Jurassic oil shale in Xinjiang is 90.621 billion tons,accounting for 49%of the total.
