摘  要:以FDM 3D打印工艺为研究对象,应用灰色关联方法,以打印件表面尺寸精度为目标,对打印温度、保温温度、打印速度、分层厚度和喷嘴直径5因子开展优化设计,计算分析试验数据的灰色关联系数与灰色关联度数值,最终获得最佳打印工艺参数。该方法对优化3D打印工艺流程、提高打印效果具有借鉴意义。As the research object,FDM 3D printing process was carried on the experimental study. The experiment scheme was designed by taguchi method,and five factors,such as printing temperature,thermal insulation temperature,printing speed,nozzle diameter and layer height,were optimized by using grey relational analysis method with dimensional accuracy as the analysis objective. The grey relation coefficient and the grey correlation degree were calculated and analyzed. The best parameters combination was got. The best parameter combination was verified by the experiment. This method has a reference meaning for optimizing the 3D printing technology process and improving the printing qualities.
