摘 要:贵州某铝土矿有用矿物主要为勃姆铝矿及一水硬铝石,其中Al2O3含量61.45%,铝硅比12左右,含硫6.02%,属于高硫铝土矿。为降低含硫量对该铝土矿进行了选矿试验研究。试验结果表明,采用常规的浮选工艺选硫,原矿经两次粗选、两次精选,获得的铝土矿精矿产率88.37%,Al2O3品位71.57%,回收率97.24%,硫含量降为0.53%;硫精矿产率11.63%,硫品位38.59%,回收率90.59%,可作为硫精矿销售,达到了资源综合回收利用的目的。The valuable minerals of a bauxite in Guizhou consist of boehmite and diaspore.The content of Al2O3 is 61.45%,the alumina-silica ratio is about 12,the content of sulfur is 6.02%,and it belongs to high-sulfur bauxite.In order to lower the sulfur content,beneficiation tests were carried out.The test results showed that by using the conventional flotation process of two roughing and two cleaning,the bauxite concentrate yield was 88.37%,the grade of Al2O3 was 71.57%,the recovery rate was 97.24%,and the sulfur content was reduced to 0.53%;the sulfur concentrate yield was 11.63%,the sulfur grade was 38.59%,the recovery rate was 90.59%,and it can be sold as sulfur concentrate.The purpose of comprehensive recovery and utilization of resources was achieved.
