摘 要:以拜耳法赤泥、玻璃粉和钾长石为原料,添加适当的发泡剂,通过重复试验对轻质保温陶瓷进行了中试生产。从年产量为1万立方米的产品中以500 m 3为一批次进行抽样测试,通过利用DRH-III导热系数测试仪、WDW-2C万能试验机用于测试煅烧后试块抗压强度、静水力学天平的测试,抽取的轻质保温陶瓷的抗压强度最高达到0.43 MPa,热导率为0.091 W/(m•℃)、吸水率为21.2%,并利用X射线衍射分析仪、景深显微镜探讨其机理,结果表明其产品的孔径均匀性良好,性能稳定。其中经过施彩釉可以提高轻质保温陶瓷的防水性能,并且使产品具有装饰功能一体化的优势,为赤泥的综合利用提供了一条新的途径。The pilot production of lightweight thermal insulation ceramics was prepared via repeated tests using Bayer red mud,glass powder and potassium feldspar as materials and adding appropriate foaming agent.From the products with an annual output of 10,000 m 3,a batch of 500 m 3 is taken for sampling test.The compressive strength of calcined test block and hydro-static balance are tested by DRH-III thermal conductivity tester and WDW-2C universal testing machine,and the highest compressive strength reached 0.43 MPa,the thermal conductivity is 0.091 W/(m•℃),and the water absorption is 21.2%for the sampled lightweight insulating ceramics.The mechanism was explored by X-ray diffraction analyzer and field microscope.The results show that the pore size uniformity of the product is good and the performance is stable.The color glaze can improve the waterproof performance of light thermal insulation ceramics,and make the products have the advantages of integration of decorative functions,which provides a new way for the comprehensive utilization of red mud.
