摘  要:在盐酸介质中,铈组稀土与三溴偶氮胂发生高灵敏的显色反应,形成稳定的蓝紫色络合物。实验研究分析波长、显色酸用量、显色剂用量、显色时间和共存元素的影响等因素,确定了最佳的实验条件。结果表明:铈组稀土含量在0~1.0μg/mL区间时其浓度与吸光度呈线性关系,稀土校准曲线的线性相关系数为0.9999,检出限为0.01μg/mL;标准样品测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.50%~0.74%,与定值结果非常吻合。In the hydrochloric acid medium,a highly-sensitive color reaction happened between the cerium rare earth(cerium RE)and the tribromoazo to obtain a stable compound with blue and purple color.The optimum experimental conditions were determined by studying the wavelength,the amount of chromogenic acid and chromogenic agent,coloration time and influence of coexisting elements.The results show that the mass concentration of cerium RE in the range of 0~1.0μg/mL has a good linear relationship with its corresponding absorbance,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9999 for the rare earth calibration curve,and the detection limit is 0.01μg/mL;the relative standard deviation of standard samples(RSD,n=11)is 0.50%~0.74%,which is in good agreement with the fixed values.
