摘  要:研究了高硫铝土矿分选过程中硫精矿的X射线荧光光谱分析方法。采用黄铁矿纯矿物与铝土矿相配伍的方式来获得校准物质,使用硝酸锂作为预氧化剂可以有效的将样品中低价态的硫氧化为高价态的硫酸盐,以67∶33的硼酸锂混合熔剂进行熔融可以得到透明光滑的玻璃片。研究显示,准确度验证及精密度试验表明本方法准确性及精密度均良好。The X ray fluorescence spectrum analysis of sulfur concentrate which was separated by flotation of high sulfur bauxite was studied.The calibration materials were obtained by the combination of pure pyrite and bauxite;the low valence sulfur in the sample can be effectively oxidized to the high valence sulfate by using lithium nitrate as the pre-oxidant;the transparent and smooth glass disk were obtained by melting with 67∶33 lithium borate mixture flux.The accuracy verification and precision experiment showed this method had a well accuracy and precision.
