摘  要:智能仓储是铝用炭素企业实施智能工厂的重要组成部分,天车无人化则是智能仓储的核心内容,通过智能调度和控制,为天车作业实现无人化植入了大脑。天车作业调度决定了库区天车作业是否顺畅及作业效率。针对炭块仓储中天车作业的无序性、突发性、抢占性,以及部分作业需要人工介入的特点,提出一种基于多Agent协调和局部寻优的天车调度模型,并成功运用于生产实践中。The intelligent storage is an important part of the intelligent factory in aluminum carbon enterprises,and the unmanned crane is the core content of intelligent storage.Through intelligent scheduling and control,the unmanned crane operation is implanted with a brain.The crane operation scheduling determines whether or not the crane operation in the storage area is smooth and efficient.In view of the disorder,unexpectedness and preemptive nature of the crane operation in the carbon block storage,as well as the need of some operations for manual intervention,a crane scheduling model based on multi-agent coordination and local optimization is proposed and successfully applied to the production practice.
