摘　　要：铜包铁粉是一种将铜包在铁粉表面形成包覆层的复合粉末,被用来改善铜铁混合粉末组织不均、成分偏析等问题。本文综述了铜包铁粉的应用及制备方法,介绍了机械球磨涂覆法、置换镀铜法、化学镀铜法等铜包铁粉制备技术的基本原理及研究进展,总结了铜包铁粉制备过程中存在的问题,并展望了铜包铁粉的发展方向。Copper-coated iron powders are the composite powders that the surfaces of iron powders are coated by copper to form the coating layer to improve the uneven microstructure and the composition segregation of the copper-iron mixed powders.The application and preparation methods of the copper-coated iron powders were reviewed in this paper.The basic principles and research progress of the copper-coated iron powders prepared by mechanical ball milling coating,displacement copper plating,and electroless copper plating were introduced,respectively.The problems in the preparation process of the copper-coated iron powders were summarized,and the development direction of the copper-coated iron powders was prospected.
