摘  要:本文对一些皮革企业废水处理方案进行调查,分析其在源头分类和末端处理中存在的不足,并提出具有针对性的改造建议,帮助企业更好地完成废水处理。根据分析结果,含硫废水酸化法处理工艺可能带来硫化氢废气污染问题,应加强管理,必要时可改用其他处理工艺;复鞣工段废水分流不彻底,易导致含铬废水处理不规范,应将整个复鞣工段产生的废水全部纳入含铬废水统一处理;综合废水生化处理过程会并发恶臭污染,可采用加盖密闭+抽风净化处理,同时结合合理选址布局,以降低其不利影响。This article investigates the waste water treatment schemes of certain leather enterprises,analyzes their shortcomings in source classification and end treatment,and puts forward targeted reform suggestions to help enterprises better complete waste water treatment.According to the analysis results,the acidification process of sulfur-containing wastewater may cause hydrogen sulfide waste gas pollution,and management should be strengthened,and other treatment processes can be used if necessary;incomplete diversion of wastewater from the retanning section can easily lead to irregular treatment of chromium-containing wastewater. The waste water generated in the entire retanning section should be includedin the unified treatment of chromium-containing waste water;the integrated biochemicaltreatment process of wastewater will cause odor pollution, which can be covered and sealed+ exhaust air purification treatment, combined with reasonable site selection to reduce itsadverse effects.
