摘　　要：目的探讨杏香兔耳风片联合甲羟孕酮及抗菌药物对子宫内膜炎患者炎症因子水平的影响。方法选取2017年3月~2020年1月麻城市妇幼保健院收治的89例子宫内膜炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)与观察组(45例)。对照组患者采用甲羟孕酮及抗菌药物进行治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合杏香兔耳风片进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的中医证候积分(包括下腹疼痛、带下异常、低热持续、腰骶胀痛)以及炎症因子水平[包括肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)]。结果治疗后,两组患者的下腹疼痛、带下异常、低热持续、腰骶胀痛证候评分以及血清TNF-α、IL-4、CRP水平均低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者的下腹疼痛、带下异常、低热持续、腰骶胀痛证候评分以及血清TNF-α、IL-4、CRP水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论杏香兔耳风片联合甲羟孕酮及抗菌药物治疗子宫内膜炎的效果显著,可减轻患者临床症状,调节血清炎症因子水平。Objective To investigate the effect of Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs on inflammatory factors in patients with endometritis.Methods A total of 89 patients with endometritis who admitted to Macheng Maternal and Child Health Hospital from March 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into the control group(44 cases)and the observation group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs,and the observation group was treated with Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets on the basis of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores(including lower abdominal pain,abnormal banding,persistent hypothermia,lumbosacral pain)and inflammatory factors levels(including tumor necrosis factor-α[TNF-α],interleukin-4[IL-4],C-reactive protein[CRP])of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the abdominal pain,lower belt abnormalities,persistent low fever,lumbosacral pain syndrome scores,and serum TNF-α,IL-4,CRP levels of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the abdominal pain,lower belt abnormalities,persistent low fever,lumbosacral pain syndrome scores,and serum TNF-α,IL-4,CRP levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Frangrant Ainsliaea Tablets combined with Medroxyprogesterone and antibacterial drugs have significant effect on the treatment of endometritis,which can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients and regulate the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
