基于快速康复外科理念的个性化护理干预对腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术患者术后恢复及时效指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析基于快速康复外科(FTS)理念的个性化护理干预对腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术患者术后恢复及时效指标的影响。方法选取2017年11月~2019年11月辽宁省朝阳市第二医院收治的80例腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术患者,应用随机数字表法分成两组,每组各40例。对照组用常规理念护理干预,观察组基于FTS理念实施个性化护理干预,比较两组术后恢复及时效指标情况。结果观察组的首次肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、首次排便时间、首次下床时间、进食时间、拔管时间均短于对照组,差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间短于对照组,住院费用低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为5.00%,对照组总发生率为20.00%,观察组总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论FTS理念的个性化护理干预对腹腔镜辅助全胃切除术患者术后恢复及时效指标有积极影响,是一种有效的护理方法。Objective To analyze the effect of individualized nursing intervention based on the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery(FTS)on the recovery and time-effect index of patients after laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy.Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent laparoscopic total gastrectomy in Chaoyang Second Hospital,Liaoning Province from November 2017 to November 2019 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,observation group based on the concept of FTS to implement personalized nursing intervention,postoperative recovery and time-effect indicators were compared in the two group.Results The first anal exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,the first defecation time,the first time to get out of bed,eating time,extubation time in the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the cost of hospitalization was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of the observation group was 5.00%,and that of the control group was 20.00%,the total incidence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized nursing intervention of the concept of FTS has positive influence on the recovery and time-effect index of patients after laparoscopic-assisted total gastrectomy.
