摘　　要：随着新医改的不断深入,“一院两区”的办院模式应运而生。选择最优的管理模式使医院的社会效益和经济效益实现最大化,备受医疗卫生机构的决策者和管理者关注。本文以广东省惠州市中医医院“一院两区”模式为例,通过对其综合效益进行纵向评价,总结运营管理经验,为进一步提高“一院两区”管理水平和决策能力提供参考依据。With the deepening of the new medical reform,the mode of"one hospital,two districts"came into being.Choosing the optimal management mode to maximize the social and economic benefits of the hospital has attracted the attention of decision makers and managers of medical and health institutions.This paper takes the"one hospital,two districts"model of Huizhou Herbalist Doctor Hospital as an example,through the vertical evaluation of its comprehensive benefits,summarizes the operation and management experience,and provides reference for further improving the management level and decision-making ability of"one hospital,two districts".
