家庭的伪组织:抗战时期大后方“抗战夫人”问题

摘　　要：抗日战争加剧了近代中国社会人口的迁徙与流动,乱世男女的悲欢离合,使婚恋多变无常,由此导致传统婚姻与家庭关系的松动乃至重组。在大后方,一些有妇之夫,置道德、法律于不顾,与人姘居或停妻另娶,成立家庭的“伪组织”,由此出现“抗战夫人”现象。它是道德问题,也是法律问题,更是社会问题。“抗战夫人”作为抗日战争时期大后方出现的一个特殊群体,它反映的是国民政府统治之下个人的悲欢离合与国家民族的兴衰荣辱有时并不在一个共振频率,这与国民政府的抗战思想及实践效果不无关系。The Anti-Japanese War intensified the migration and flow of the population in modern China,and the vicissitudes of marriage and love between men and women in the chaotic times,which led to the looseness and even the reorganization of the traditional marriage and family relations.In the home front,some husbands with wives disregard morality and law,live together with others or marry another wife,and set up"pseudo-organizations"of families,thus the phenomenon of"wives of war of Resistance"appears.It is not only a moral problem,but also a legal problem,and a social problem as well.As a special group in the home front during the War of Resistance against Japan,the"Anti-Japanese War lady"reflects that the individual's joys and sorrows and the rise and fall of the nation under the rule of the National Government sometimes do not have a resonance frequency,which is related to the Anti-Japanese War thought and practical effect of the national government.
