摘　　要：本文提出了利用压电陶瓷蜂鸣片来检测颠球信号,PLC实现计数功能,触摸屏上动态显示当前颠球的状态及个数。该系统在乒乓球颠球比赛中可实现可靠检测、精确计数,极大的保证了比赛的公平和公正,大大提高了工作效率。Two Guinness World Records have been set by Dalian’s "old man with jolt table tennis",which were completed by Guinness staff through manual counting.There is no professional jolt table tennis counting device,so the accuracy of the data can’t be guaranteed.In this paper, the piezoelectric ceramic buzzer is used to detect the signal of the ball,PLC is used to realize the counting function,and the status and number of the current jolting table tennis are dynamically displayed on the HMI.The system can achieve reliable detection and accurate counting in table tennis game,which greatly ensures the fairness and fairness of the game,and greatly improves the work efficiency.
