摘　　要：本文主要论述了携号转网用户进行语音业务时的网络技术架构、系统组网及业务受理流程,重点阐述了携转用户的IMSI数据与CSMS集中业务管理系统、SOA业务受理系统和LSMS本地业务管理系统作用及对用户语音业务的影响,实现从营业受理到信息化系统支撑到核心网NPHLR、NPMSC等设备进行业务控制的规范化与准确性,可快速排查定位及解决问题,提升携入用户网络感知,规范及完善业务技术流程。This article is mainly about China Unicom Shandong Branch’s technical research on user voice services after the deployment of the number portability network to provide high-quality services to users and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.Shandong Unicom successfully completed it with a diligent attitude and a solid work style.Number portability to network 2/3/4G voice and data service network and inter-network joint debugging test,and network technical support work,to provide formal commercial use on November 27,2019.In order to better provide services for ported users,technical analysis of voice service abnormal cases encountered by number ported users can quickly locate and solve problems,improve the network perception of ported users,standardize and improve business technical processes,It can also be used for reference and reference by other provincial branches.
