“新工科”背景下独立学院计算机专业人才培养实施路径的研究

摘　　要：随着时代的发展,先进技术和巨大的生产力需要越来越多、越来越强的工科人才,社会对于工科人才培养也越来越重视,尤其在2017年“新工科”理念提出以来,政府、社会、高校在这方面的人才培养上投入了大量的人力、物力、财力,目的是为了更好的培养适应新时代发展、新科技进步的人才。在工科专业中,计算机专业近年来的关注度也持续走高,一方面是和当前社会的发展现状有关,另一方面也和计算机专业的客观的发展前景有关,所以计算机专业人才的培养也越来越受到社会、学校等的广泛关注。当前独立学院面临着诸多限制性的挑战,在致力于培养计算机专业人才时,还需要突破传统固化教育模式的桎梏,将计算机专业人才的理论素质和实践素质培养相结合。本文即是浅谈,在当前“新工科”背景下,对独立学院计算机专业人才培养以及实施路径进行研究,以期为独立学院培养更多的人才、为提升学院自身素质提供更多的建设性想法与灵感。With the development of The Times,the productivity of advanced technology and huge engineering talent,need more and more,stronger and stronger society for engineering talents is becoming more and more attention,especially in the new engineering concept put forward in 2017,the government,society,colleges and universities in this respect on the talent training of invested a lot of manpower and material resources,fi nancial resources,in order to better adapt to the new era of development,the new progress of science and technology talents.In engineering major,the computer major in recent years,the attention also continues to rise,on the one hand is related to the current social development status,on the other hand is also related to the objective development prospects of the computer major,so the training of computer professionals also more and more by the society,schools and other extensive attention.At present,independent colleges are facing many restrictive challenges.When they devote themselves to training computer professionals,they also need to break through the shackles of traditional solidifi ed education mode and combine the theoretical quality and practical quality training of computer professionals.This paper is to talk about the current“new engineering”background,the independent college computer professional training and implementation of the path ofresearch, in order to train more talents for the independent college, to improve the quality of the college to provide more constructive ideas and inspiration.
