苗药大果木姜子挥发油对幽门螺杆菌的体外抑菌实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究大果木姜子挥发油对幽门螺杆菌的体外抑菌作用。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取大果木姜子挥发油,以幽门螺杆菌国际标准菌株ATCC26695为实验菌株,采用纸片法测定抑菌圈大小,倍比稀释法测定最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果:大果木姜子挥发油得油率为6.4%,不同稀释浓度下,抑菌圈直径为7.80~26.04 mm,幽门螺杆菌的MIC值为6.25 mg/mL,MBC值为12.5 mg/mL,结论:大果木姜子挥发油具有抗幽门螺杆菌作用,其具体机制值得进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate the anti Helicobacter pylori activity of essential oil isolated from the fruit of Cinnamomum migao H.W.Li.Methods The volatile oil of the Fruit of Cinnamomum migao was extracted by steam distillation.The international standard strain(Helicobacter pylori ATCC26695)was used as the experimental strain.The bacteriostasis experiment was carried out by filter paper method,and the minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC)were measured by two times dilution method and the nutrient agar diffusion method.Results The yield of volatile oil was 6.4%,the diameter of bacteriostatic circle was from 7.80 mm to 26.04 mm,the MIC of Helicobacter pylori was 6.25 mg/mL,and MBC was 12.5 mg/mL.Conclusion The volatile oil isolatedfrom the fruit of Cinnamomum migaohad obvious bacteriostasis effect on H.pylori,and its mechanism deserves further study.
