市售灯盏花药材及其提取物HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘　　要：目的:用高效液相色谱法建立市售灯盏花药材及其提取物的指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,Agilent zorbax C18色谱柱(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);乙腈-0.1%醋酸铵水溶液(磷酸调PH至3)为流动相梯度洗脱;流速1 mL/min;柱温25℃;检测波长为335 nm。结果:灯盏花药材有10个共有峰;灯盏花提取物有12个共有峰。结论:此方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于市售灯盏花药材及其提取物的HPLC指纹图谱测定,为今后其质量评价提供科学依据。Objective To establish the HPLC fingerprint of erigeron breviscapus from market and erigeron extracts.Methods HPLC analysis was performed on aAgilent zorbax C18 column(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm)with the eluting system of gradiant consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%ammonium acetate(H3PO4adjust PH to 3).The flow ratewas 1 mL/min;The column temperature was maintained at 25℃and the detection wavelength was 335 nm.Results 10 peaks were gained on the HPLC fingerprint of erigeron breviscapu and 12 peaks were gained on the HPLC fingerprint of erigeron extracts.Conclusion The method with good reproducibility is simple and accrute,which can be used for determination of HPLC fingerprint and quality control of erigeron breviscapus from market and erigeron extracts.It provides scientific basis of future study of erigeron breviscapus from market and erigeron extracts.
