摘　　要：目的:应用现代色谱方法和技术对滇南开唇兰Anoectochilus burmannicus Rolfe植物全草进行提取分离,对其化学成分进行了研究。方法:应用UV、IR、MS、1HNMR、13 CNMR技术并结合文献数据对分离到的13个成分进行结构分析确证。结果:从滇南开唇兰植物全草的正丁醇及乙酸乙酯部位分离到13个化合物,13个化合物经鉴定分别是:芦丁(1),山奈酚(2),棕榈酸(3),槲皮素(4),anoectosterol(5),kinsenoside(6),anoectochine(7),石杉碱甲(8),ginsenine(9),硬脂酸(10),异鼠李素(11),8-对羟基苄基槲皮素(12),5,4′-二羟基-6,7,3′-三甲氧基黄酮(cirsilineol)(13)。结论:1-13化合物均为首次从滇南开唇兰植物全草中提取分离到的。Objective This research is focused on the study of compounds extracted and isolated from the whole plant of Anoectochilus Burmannicus Rolfe by using modern chromatographic method.Combined with literature data.Methods UV,IR,MS,1HNMR and 13 CNMR are used to identify the structures of 13 compounds.Result The 13 compounds from the n-butanol and ethyl acetate parts of the Anoectochilus Burmannicus Rolfe:rutin(1),kaempferol(2),palmitic acid(3),quercetin(4),anoectosterol(5),β-D-glucopyranosyl-(3R)-Hydroxybutanolide(kinsenoside)(6),anoectochine(7),huperzine A(8),ginsenine(9),stearic acid(10),isorhamnetin(11),8-p-hydroxybenzyl quercetin(12),5,4-dihydroxy-6,7,3-trimethoxyflavone(cirsilineol)(13).Conclusion It is the first time that all the 13 compounds are extracted from the whole plant of Anoectochilus Burmannicus Rolfe which is planted under woods for nine months.
