摘 要:应用不同浓度的美国白蛾核型多角体病毒感染美国白蛾3~4龄幼虫,试验结果表明:施药后3 d试虫开始死亡,10 d死亡率达到50%,13~14 d后,试虫死亡率达到高峰期,15 d后,除3×106 PIB·mL^-1处理浓度外,其他各处理试虫校正死亡率均高于90.28%,防治效果显著。综合防效和成本,生产中建议使用核型多角体病毒防治美国白蛾时选择5×106 PIB·mL^-1及以上浓度。The efficacy test of Hyphantria cunea Nuclear Polyhedrosis virus(HcNPV)against the larvae of Hyphantria cunea in the 3rd or 4th instars was made.The result showed that a small amount of death Hyphantria cunea was found after 3 days,the worm mortality attained 50%after 10 days,after 14 days appeared death peak,especially 3×106 PIB·mL^-1,cumulative mortality rate of the other treatments over 90.28%after 15 days,control efficiency was remarkable.In production practice,comprehensive control effect and cost,it is suggested that the concentration of 5×106 PIB·mL^-1 and above should be selected when using Hyphantria cunea Nuclear Polyhedrosis Virus to control Hyphantria cunea.
