摘  要:孟加拉Dasherkandi污水厂是中国电建集团首次以HYDROCHINA品牌在孟加拉国开展的项目。该项目合同为总价合同,总价较低,签订时间较早,技术方案有较多不确定性,致使成本控制难度较大。介绍了为降低项目执行风险,设计团队从合同边界条件和技术方案的角度出发,对项目的技术方案等进行合理优化的过程,其中初沉池的优化尤为关键,既降低了初期建设成本,还降低了后期运维的风险和成本,受到业主和咨询的认可,确保了项目的顺利实施。Dasherkandi Sewage Treatment Plant is firstly branded as HYDROCHINA be launched in Bangladesh by PowerChina Group.The project contract is a total price contract,the total price is low,the signing time is early,and there are many uncertainties in the technical scheme,which causes the cost control more difficult.In order to reduce the risk of project implementation,the design team from the perspective of contract boundary conditions and technical scheme,the process of reasonable optimization of the project technical scheme is introduced.The optimization of the primary sedimentation tank is particularly critical,which not only reduces the initial construction cost,but also reduces the risk and cost of later operation and maintenance.It is recognized by the owner and the consultant,which ensures the smooth implementation of the project.
