摘  要:市政污水处理厂中的二次沉淀池一般设置在曝气池之后、深度处理或污水排放之前,其作用是将经过生物处理的混合液进行沉淀及澄清,同时对混合液中的污泥进行浓缩,部分浓缩的污泥回流至曝气池。目前,市政污水处理厂常用的二次沉淀池池型有平流式二次沉淀池、辐流式二次沉淀池、竖流沉淀池与斜板(管)沉淀池等。在工程实践中,需要根据具体的情况进行合理的选型。同时,二次沉淀池的设计及运行控制条件均影响其工作性能,而其运行效果会对活性污泥体系的出水水质和回流污泥浓度产生直接的影响。因此,合理选择二次沉淀池的设计参数对保证污水厂的处理效果非常关键。The secondary sedimentation tank in municipal sewage treatment plant is generally designed after the aeration tank and before the advanced treatment or sewage discharge.Its function is to precipitate and clarify the biological treated mixed liquid,at the same time,the sludge in the mixed liquid is concentrated,and part of the concentrated sludge is returned to the aeration tank.At present,the common secondary sedimentation tanks in municipal sewage treatment plants include horizontal secondary sedimentation tank,radial secondary sedimentation tank,vertical sedimentation tank and inclined plate(tube)sedimentation tank.In engineering practice,it is necessary to make reasonable selection according to the specific situation.At the same time,both the design and operation control conditions of the secondary sedimentation tank affect its working performance,and its operation effect has a direct impact on the effluent quality and the concentration of return sludge of the activated sludge system.Therefore,reasonable selection of design parameters of secondary sedimentation tank is very important to ensure the treatment effect of sewage treatment plant.
