摘 要:目的探究Workshop教学模式在提高基层骨科规范化培训医师关节置换手术技术的应用分析。方法选取2018年1月—2019年12月于医院接受关节置换手术技术规范化培训的医师72名,随机分成两组,每组36名,对照组进行传统观摩手术教学,研究组则进行Workshop教学模式。观察两组医师的理论成绩、操作成绩和满意度。结果研究组的理论成绩(86.3±4.7)分、操作成绩(94.5±1.8)分均明显高于对照组(72.0±7.4)分、(79.2±1.8)分(t=9.787、36.062,P<0.05);研究组的培训满意度(100.0%)明显高于对照组(77.8%)(P<0.05)。结论临床教学中应用workshop教学模式可以有效提高规范化培训医师的关节置换术的理论知识和实践操作能力,进一步提高骨科规范化培训医师对培训的满意度,达到提高骨科规范化培训医师关节置换手术技术的目标。Objective To explore the application of Workshop teaching in joint replacement training for grassroots doctors.Methods 72 physicians who received standardized training in joint replacement surgery technology in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,36 in each group.The control group received traditional observation surgery teaching,while the study group received Workshop teaching.The theoretical,operational and satisfaction scores of the two groups of physicians were observed.Results The theoretical score(86.3±4.7)and operational score(94.5±1.8)of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group(72.0±7.4)and(79.2±1.8)(t=9.787,36.062,P<0.05).The training satisfaction of study group(100.0%)was significantly higher than that of control group(77.8%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application workshop teaching patterns in clinical teaching can improve the standardized training of professionals of joint replacement of theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability,and further improve the orthopedic standardization training physician satisfaction for training,to improve the orthopaedic joint replacement surgery for standardization training technical target,is worth popularization and application.
