摘　　要：医疗领域病历档案的数字化管理得以依托先进的信息系统实现了高效的动态化管理。边疆地区的基层医疗机构,建设数字化电子病历档案系统的进程处于刚起步阶段。对此,通过运用Python数据挖掘技术分析政府采购及使用数字化病历诊疗档案系统的情况,以云南边疆民族地区基层医疗机构电子病历档案数字化系统建设中存在的问题为案例进行研究,并在此基础上提出相应的对策建议,这对全国边疆地区基层医疗机构电子病历档案数字化有普遍的参考价值。With the development of information technology,the digital management of medical records in the medical field can rely on advanced information systems to achieve efficient dynamic management.In the areas with high level of economic development in China,the application of electronic medical record digital system has been widely used.However,for the grass-roots medical institutions in the frontier minority areas with relatively backward economic level,the process of building a digital electronic medical record file system is in its infancy.In this regard,through the use of Python data mining technology to analyze the government in the procurement and use of digital medical record diagnosis and treatment file system,to Yunnan border areas of primary medical institutions in the construction of electronic medical record file digital system problems as a case study.On this basis,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,which has universal reference value for the digitization of electronic medical record files of primary medical institutions in border areas of China.
