摘　　要：目的探讨自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗bFGF自身抗体的存在情况,分析其在临床疾病诊治中的价值。方法选取三明市第一医院2017年4月—2019年6月间收治的60例自身免疫性疾病患者为观察组,而同时期收治的60例健康体检者为对照组。两组均采用采用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测其血清中抗bFGF抗体lgM和lgG的水平。结果观察组中60例自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗bFGF自身抗体中占比例最多的三位分别是系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)、类风湿关节炎(RA)和慢性肾炎;观察组RA、慢性肾炎、皮肌炎和特发性血小板减少性紫癜患者血清中抗bFGF抗体lgM和lgG的水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗bFGF自身抗体水平明显升高,加强抗bFGF的测定,有利于自身免疫性疾病的确诊。Objective To probe into the presence of anti bFGF autoantibodies in sera of patients with autoimmune diseases,and to analyze its value in the diagnosis and treatment of clinical diseases.Methods 60 cases of patients with autoimmune diseases and who treated in Sanming First Hospital from April 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the observation group,while 60 cases of healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.Then,the serum levels of anti bFGF antibodies LGM and LGG were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results In the observation group,the three largest proportion of anti bFGF autoantibodies in 60 patients with autoimmune diseases were systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE),rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and chronic nephritis.The levels of anti bFGF antibody LGM and LGG in the serum of RA,chronic nephritis,dermatomyositis and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of anti bFGF autoantibody in sera of patients with autoimmune diseases is significantly increased.Strengthening the determination of anti bFGF is conducive to the diagnosis of autoimmune diseases.
