摘 要:为了克服钙钛矿太阳能电池长期稳定性的问题,该文研究了n=3和n=1的(C6H5(CH2)2NH3)2(CH3NH3)n-1PbnI3n+1二维钙钛矿薄膜分别在玻璃衬底和氧化铟锡(ITO)衬底上的热稳定性。实验结果表明,钙钛矿薄膜和衬底之间的电荷转移是导致其在ITO衬底上更易热分解的物理原因。根据实验结论,从器件设计及制造工艺等方面给出了提升钙钛矿太阳能电池器件热稳定性的建议。In order to overcome the long-term stability problem of perovskite solar cells,the thermal stability is studied respectively for(C 6H 5(CH 2)2NH 3)2(CH 3NH 3)n-1 Pb n I 3 n+1 two-dimensional perovskite films with n=3 and n=1 on glass substrate and indium tin oxide(ITO)substrate.The results show that the charge transfer between the perovskite film and the substrate is the reason that the perovskite film is more easily thermally decomposed on the ITO substrate.According to the experimental results,relevant suggestions for improving the thermal stability of perovskite solar cell devices are put forward from the aspects of device design and manufacturing process.
