摘　　要：针对市售透明腻子在实木家具涂装过程中透明性差、花纹不清晰问题,选用古马隆树脂为树脂型透明填料制备硝基透明腻子,阐述了工艺配方和产品特性。DSC吸放热曲线表明古马隆树脂热熔温度范围宽,分子量范围大,有利于腻子附着力和打磨性提高;扫描电镜SEM微观形貌图证明用古马隆树脂制备的硝基透明腻子较普通透明腻子有更好的透明性、刮涂性和丰满度,干后易打磨,且贮存稳定性好,不会出现漆液分层、桶底沉淀、结团等现象。In view of the poor transparency and unclear pattern of the transparent plaster used for pure wood furniture coating,a new preparation method of nitrocellulose transparent plaster from coumatone resin is introduced.The technological process,formulation and product characteristics are described.The endothermic and exothermic curve of DSC show that the coumatone resin has a wide range of hot-melt temperature and a large range of molecular weight,which is conducive to the improvement of the adhesion and abrasiveness of plaster.The SEM micrographs show that the nitrocellulose transparent plaster made from coumatone resin has better transparency,scraping and fullness than common transparent plaster.It is easy to polish after drying and has no separation and precipitation phenomenon in the jars.
