低吸水率高抗冻再生GRC的制备研究

摘  要:采用高贝利特硫铝酸盐水泥和废混凝土再生骨料,利用聚合物改性制备高品质低吸水率高抗冻再生GRC材料。通过测试再生GRC的吸水率、力学强度和抗冻性能,研究再生骨料掺量对以上性能的影响规律,结果显示,在废混凝土再生骨料取代掺量50%以上的情况下,低吸水率高抗冻再生GRC材料吸水率在2%~3%,冻融循环次数达到100次,表面无起层、剥落等破坏现象,且质量损失率小于1.5%,抗弯强度损失率小于15.0%。In this paper,polymer modification are utilized to prepare high quality,low water absorption and high frost resistance recycled GRC materials containing high Belite sulphoaluminate cement and recycled aggregate of waste concrete.By testing the water absorption,mechanical strength and frost resistance of recycled GRC,the influence of recycled aggregate content on the above performance is studied.The results show that under the condition of waste concrete recycled aggregate replacement more than 50%,the water absorption of recycled GRC material is about 2-3%and the number of freeze-thaw cycles reaches 100 times,with no damage phenomenon such as peeling and exfoliation on the surface.The mass loss rate is less than 1.5%,and the loss rate of bending strength is less than 15.0%.
