摘　　要：介绍上海市餐厨废弃物特性及处理现状,分析处理现状中存在的主要问题,阐述餐厨废弃物资源回收处理技术及发展前景,为未来上海市餐厨废弃物管理及资源化提出建议。This paper introduces the characteristics and treatment status of kitchen waste in Shanghai,analyzes the main problems,expounds the recycling technology and development prospect of kitchen waste resources,and puts forward suggestions for the management and recycling of kitchen waste in Shanghai in the future.
