足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的效果及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的:研究足部骨折采用微型钛板内固定治疗的效果及安全性。方法:自笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年6月收治的足部骨折患者中筛选出60例病例。以随机数字法分为两组,各30例,对照组实施手法复位石膏外固定治疗,观察组实施微型钛板内固定治疗。对比分析两组治疗效果及安全性。结果:观察组治疗优良率(93.3%)高于对照组(73.3%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症总发生率(3.3%)低于对照组(20.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组骨折愈合时间早于对照组,骨折愈合良好率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用微型钛板内固定治疗足部骨折效果显著,可有效固定,促进骨折良好愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间,且术后并发症少,可在临床应用。Objective:To study the efficacy and safety of micro titanium plate internal fixation in the treatment of foot fractures.Method:From January 2017 to June 2019,60 patients with foot fractures in the author’s hospital were screened out.The patients were divided into two groups by random number method,with 30 cases each,the control group was treated with manual reduction plaster external fixation,while the observation group was treated with micro titanium plate internal fixation.The efficacy and safety of two surgical methods in the treatment of foot fractures were compared and analyzed.Result:The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that in the control group(73.3%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(3.3%)was lower than that in the control group(20.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The fracture healing time in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the rate of good fracture healing was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The micro titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of foot fractures has a significant effect,can effectively fix,promote good fracture healing,shorten fracture healing time,and has fewer postoperative complications,can be used in clinical application.
