Ca-153检测在巨幼红细胞性贫血诊疗中的临床价值及与血红蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶和维生素B12的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨Ca-153检测在巨幼红细胞性贫血诊疗中的临床价值及与血红蛋白(Hb)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和维生素B12(VitB12)的相关性分析。方法:选择笔者所在医院2017年1月-2020年1月收治的巨幼红细胞性贫血患者50例为观察组,选择同期来笔者所在医院体检的健康体检者30例为对照组。抽取两组患者清晨空腹静脉血,分别检测Ca-153及其他相关指标。结果:治疗前对照组健康体检者和巨幼红细胞贫血患者Ca-153差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中轻度贫血者和对照组间Ca-153水平相近(P>0.05),而中度贫血、重度贫血、极重度贫血患者Ca-153均高于对照组,且贫血程度越重,Ca-153值越高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后中度至极重度贫血患者Ca-153均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。巨幼红细胞性贫血CA-153水平与血清LDH呈正相关,与VitB12、Hb呈负相关。结论:Ca-153可以反映巨幼红细胞贫血的严重程度,并作为治理效果的评价指标,且和血清LDH呈正相关,与VitB12、Hb呈负相关。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of Ca-153 detection in the diagnosis and treatment of megaloblastic anemia and its correlation with hemoglobin,lactate dehydrogenase and vitamin B12.Method:A total of 50 patients with megaloblastic anemia admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group,30 healthy people who came to our hospital for physical examination in the same period were selected as the control group.The fasting venous blood of the two groups was collected in the morning,and ca-153 and other related indexes were detected.Result:The difference of Ca-153 between the control group and the patients with megaloblastic anemia before treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of Ca-153 was similar between mild anemia group and control group(P>0.05).However,the Ca-153 level of the patients with moderate,severe and extremely severe anemia was higher than that of the control group,the more severe the anemia was,the higher the Ca-153 value was(P<0.05).After treatment,the Ca-153 level in patients with moderate to very severe anemia was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The level of Ca-153 in megaloblastic anemia was positively correlated with serum LDH and negatively correlated with VitB12 and Hb.Conclusion:Ca-153 can reflect the severity of megaloblastic anemia,as effective evaluation index,and it is a positive correlation with serum LDH and a negative correlation with VitB12 and Hb.
