医护麻合作快速康复理念在膝关节镜手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨医护麻合作快速康复理念在膝关节镜手术中的应用。方法:将2018年5月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的69例行膝关节镜手术患者作为研究对象,依据数字随机方式将其分为对照组(n=34)与试验组(n=35),对照组给予常规护理,试验组给予快速康复理念模式,对患者术中低体温发生率、术后24 h的膝疼痛NRS评分变化情况、术后并发症发生率情况进行观察。结果:与对照组相比,术后24 h试验组的膝疼痛NRS评分明显降低,试验组的术中体温高于对照组,术后并发症的发生率显著低于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:关于术中医护麻合作应用快速康复理念对膝关节镜手术患者的干预具有显著效果,能够预防术中低体温的发生,降低术后疼痛和各种并发症的发生,促进患者加快恢复,具有极高的临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation of cooperation of medical,nursing and anesthesia in knee arthroscopy.Method:From May 2018 to August 2019,69 patients undergoing knee arthroscopy surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into a control group(n=34)and a test group(n=35)according to the numerical randomization method.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the test group was given a rapid recovery concept model.The incidence of intraoperative hypothermia,the changes in the NRS score of knee pain at 24 hours after surgery,and the incidence of postoperative complications were observed.Result:Compared with the control group,the NRS score of knee pain in the experimental group was significantly lower at 24 hours after surgery,intraoperative body temperature and the incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences between the two groups were statistically meaningful(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of the rapid recovery concept for the cooperation of intraoperative medical care and anesthesia has a significant effect on the intervention of knee arthroscopy patients.It can prevent the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia,reduce postoperative pain and various complications,and promote patients to speed up recovery,has extremely high clinical application value.
