摘　　要：目的:报道1例早产儿肘部贵要静脉留置针穿刺误入肱动脉,导致肱动脉痉挛的护理经验。方法:护理要点包括轻柔按摩、湿热敷、改变体位、袋鼠式护理、保暖、非营养性吮吸、病情观察等,以减少不良刺激,缓解动脉痉挛,尽快恢复血液循环。结果:经过及时处理,15 min后穿刺侧肢体恢复正常,活动自如。结论:静脉穿刺误入动脉引起的动脉痉挛多数是可逆的,及时予以处理对快速恢复血液循环,避免产生不良后果十分重要。Objective:To report the nursing care of 1 case of premature infant with artery spasm caused by indwelling needle puncture of basilic vein in the elbow strayed into the artery.Method:Nursing measures mainly included:gentle massage,wet and hot compress,change of posture,kangaroo nursing,keep warm,non-nutritive sucking and disease observation to reduce undesirable irritation,relieve arterial spasm,and restore blood circulation as soon as possible.Result:After timely treatment,the puncture side limb returned to normal and moved freely after 15 min.Conclusion:Most of arterial spasm caused by venipuncture strayed into the artery is reversible,timely nursing measures are very important to quickly restore blood circulation and avoid adverse consequences.
