中药熏洗联合康复新液促进肛周脓肿术后创面恢复的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗联合康复新液促进肛周脓肿术后创面恢复的效果。方法:抽取笔者所在医院2017年3月-2019年4月收治的164例肛周脓肿患者,将其随机分为参照组与联合组,各82例。所有患者均接受肛周脓肿引流术,参照组术后采取高锰酸钾熏洗治疗,联合组术后采取中药熏洗联合康复新液治疗。比较两组术后引流管拔除时间、创面愈合时间、创面疼痛评分、创面渗液情况、临床疗效、肛周脓肿复发情况和成瘘率。结果:联合组引流管拔除时间、创面愈合时间均优于参照组,NRS评分、渗液评分均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合复发率为1.22%(1/82),参照组复发率为1.22%(1/82),两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。联合组成瘘率为2.44%,低于参照组的12.20%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组总有效率为93.90%,高于参照组的73.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏洗联合康复新液能促进肛周脓肿术后创面愈合,降低患者创面疼痛,缩短康复时间,疗效显著。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in promoting wound recovery after perianal abscess operation.Method:From March 2017 to April 2019,164 patients with perianal abscess admitted in our hospital were randomly divided into the reference group and the combined group,with 82 patients in each group.All patients were treated with drainage of perianal abscess.The reference group was treated with Permanganate fumigation and washing,and the combined group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with Kangfuxin Liquid.Postoperative drainage tube removal time,wound healing time,wound pain score,wound exudate situation,clinical efficacy,perianal abscess recurrence and fistula rate were compared between the two groups.Result:The drainage tube removal time and wound healing time of the combined group were all better than those of the reference group,and the NRS score and exudate score of the combined group were lower than those of the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 1.22%(1/82)in the combined group,and 1.22%(1/82)in the reference group,and there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The fistula rate of the combined group was 2.44%,which was lower than 12.20%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combined group was 93.90%,which was higher than 73.17%of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with Kangfuxin Liquid can promote the wound healing after perianal abscess operation,reduce the wound pain of patients,shorten the recovery time,and have a significant effect.
