摘　　要：目的:探讨中药塌渍治疗联合辨证施护服务对IgA肾病患者的睡眠质量及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2018年12月-2019年12月本院收治的90例IgA肾病患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予中药塌渍治疗联合辨证施护服务,比较两组睡眠质量、生活质量。结果:治疗后,观察组睡眠质量各项评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:给予IgA肾病患者中药塌渍治疗联合辨证施护服务可明显改善患者睡眠质量,提升生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of TCM collapse stains combined with dialectical nursing services on sleep quality and quality of life of patients with IgA nephropathy.Method:A total of 90 patients with IgA nephropathy admitted to our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,45 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatments,and the observation group was given TCM collapse stains combined with dialectical nursing services on the basis of the control group.Sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the sleep quality scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the quality of life scores were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:TCM collapse stains combined with dialectical nursing services can significantly improve the sleep quality and quality of life of patients with IgA nephropathy.
