摘　　要：本文针对Q波段小型化空间行波管应用及环境适应性特点,开展了与小型化空间行波管电击穿设计、热设计、结构设计以及长寿命设计相关的可靠性设计研究,并进行了相关试验验证,验证了各相关设计方法的可行性及合理性,为类似空间行波管可靠性设计提供重要设计参考,对小型化空间行波管可靠性设计具有一定指导意义。According to the characteristics of miniaturized space TWTs,the reliability design and verification of Q-band miniaturized space TWTs are introduced in terms of voltage withstanding,heat,mechanics and long life.The results show that the products have passed the verification of components and the whole tubes.
