摘 要:抓住学校转型的关键时期,适应社会的发展,打破传统灌溉式的教学方式,在气排球教学中运用新型的程序教学法。旨在激发学生兴趣,调动参加气排球运动的积极性,培养其终身体育习惯,提高公体气排球课堂的教学效果。通过运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等方法,为百色学院公体气排球基本技术教学采用程序教学法的实验研究提供科学理论依据和现实依据。得出以下几点结论:研究说明运用两种教学方法在垫球和发球技术教学中都有显著性提高,但是运用程序教学法教学效果要优于传统教学方法;在教学过程中合理地将程序教学方法和传统教学方法相融合,取其优点,优化教学过程,达到气排球教学最好的效果;运用程序教学法更加符合因材施教原则,体现学生学习的主体性,培养其独立思考、发现、分析、解决问题的各种能力,提高课堂教学效率和学生的掌握效果。The purpose of this paper is to stimulate students’ interest,arouse their enthusiasm to participate in air volleyball,cultivate their lifelong sports habits,and improve the teaching effect of public sports atmosphere volleyball class as well as to grasp the key period of school transformation and adapt to the development of society,break the traditional irrigation teaching method,and use the new program teaching method in the air volleyball teaching.By using the methods of literature review,expert interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper provides scientific theoretical and practical basis for the experimental research on the application of procedural teaching method in the teaching of basic techniques of public sports air volleyball in Baise University.The following conclusions are drawn:the research shows that the two teaching methods have significant improvement in the teaching of cushion and serve technology,but the teaching effect of the program teaching method is better than the traditional teaching method;in the teaching process,the program teaching method and the traditional teaching method should be combined reasonably to optimize the teaching process so as to achieve the best effect of air volleyball teaching.The program teaching method is more in line with the principle of teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,reflecting students’ subjectivity in learning,cultivating their ability to think independently,discover,analyze and solve problems,and improve the efficiency of classroom teaching and students’ mastery effect.
