摘　　要：节能环保行业的发展和进步,对发展新功能的培育、绿色竞争力的提升具有重要的意义,其有助于资源环境弱点的提升和生态环境质量的改善。该文针对环境恶化、资源枯竭、生态危机等环境问题展开了分析和探索,针对河北省在环保行业中所面临的消费方式、生活方式、循环方式等方面的问题展开了分析和探究,并且提出了相应的解决方案。The development and progress of the energy-saving and environmental protection industry are of great signif icance to the cultivation of new functions and the improvement of green competitiveness.It contr ibutes to the improvement of resource and environmental weaknesses and the improvement of the quality of the ecological environment.This article analyzes and explores environmental issues such as environmental degradation,resource depletion,and ecological crises.It also analyzes and formulates the issues of consumption,lifestyle,and recycling in Hebei's environmental protection industry and proposes corresponding solutions.
