摘　　要：该设计按照选题要求,以惠州市华江鞋业园9#宿舍工程图纸和招标文件为依据,采用工程量清单计价模式,利用广联达土建算量软件GTJ 2018辅助建模计算,利用广联达算量软件GCCP5.0进行套价取费,完成该项目土建部分的投标文件(商务标)编制。主要包括商务标投标函部分、工程量清单报价部分等投标文件,以及宿舍楼首层土建和钢筋手算工程量汇总。In accordance with the requirements of the topic selection,this design is based on the drawings and tender documents of the Project of Huizhou Huajiang Shoe Industry 9# dormitory.Using the list pricing model and the Gloden civil engineering calculation software GTJ2018 as an auxiliary calculation to bid for the civil engineering part of the project Preparation of documents (Business Tender).It mainly includes bidding documents such as the commercial bidding letter part,the engineering quantity list quotation part and a summary of the civil engineering and steel bar manual calculation of the first floor of the dormitory building.
